Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the QRIS payment system at JIH Hospital is carried out using qualitative methods in the form of interviews with the Billing & Cashier Division of JIH Hospital. In addition, quantitative data is needed as supporting data from the results of interviews that have been conducted. The results showed that the existence of QRIS can help speed up the process of outpatient payment services, because the process is fast, easy and can avoid counterfeit money. The results of the study are also reinforced by data showing that QRIS transactions are more than cash payments and EDC payments. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of the QRIS payment system at the JIH Hospital outpatient cashier is effective even though there are several weaknesses in the payment process.
