Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the development of the economy in Indonesia. The purpose of this prograkm is to improve human resource management at Rumah Bakpao, especially in an effort to increase employee retention, standard work arrangements and human resource development. The programs implemented include: measurement of employee satisfaction and interest in leaving the company, preparation of work regulations for employees and preparation of SOPs in the fields of production, packing and sales. In addition, the human resource development program is manifested in inventory management education with the media of recording the flow of goods. The results of this activity are expected to improve the management and business performance of Rumah Bakpao.
