Abstract

Studies and targets, so that workload and work pressure can easily increase. This focus focuses on the level of job satisfaction of employees in the marketing division at CV. Jaya Mandiri Tinja Gresik, because in this work unit, job demands often change according to service needs. The research is directed at three factors that are most closely related to daily work experiences, namely employee welfare (X1), work stress (X2), and workload (X3), as well as their influence on job satisfaction (Y). Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire for all marketing division employees (57 respondents) using a saturated sample technique. The data was then processed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, basic assumption checks, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that employee welfare has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (B = 0.154; p < 0.05).
