Analysis of Agribusiness Management at Yunus Plant Shop in Increasing Competitiveness

Pak Yunus Plant Shop in Medan City is an example of a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) that has successfully implemented agribusiness management to improve competitiveness in the ornamental plant market. This study analyzes the agribusiness management practices implemented by the shop, focusing on efficient supply chain management, product quality maintenance, innovative marketing strategies, and personalized customer service. The results showed that key factors such as operational efficiency and market adaptation contributed significantly to the store's competitiveness. Nonetheless, the store faces challenges such as fluctuating raw material prices and the need for continuous innovation. Recommendations to improve competitiveness include updating marketing strategies to match current trends and expanding supplier networks.
