Analysis of the Implementation of Human Resource Training in Increasing Work Productivity at the Office of Religious Affairs of West Kapuas District, Kapuas Regency

This study analyzes the implementation of employee training and its influence on work productivity at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of West Kapuas District and identifies obstacles and solutions for its implementation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from three informants directly involved in the service. The analysis used the Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study show that training improves employee knowledge and skills, but it is not optimal due to limited quotas, uneven distribution, and low motivation. The impact on productivity is seen in the improvement of technical skills, but it has not been significant in changes in work attitudes. Research emphasizes the need for more equitable, relevant, and sustained coaching training.
