Implementation of Supervision on the E-RDKK Program at the Garut Regency Agriculture Office

Abstract

Departing from the need to increase accuracy and accountability in data collection and distribution of subsidized fertilizers, this study examines the implementation of supervision of the e-RDKK Program at the Garut Regency Agriculture Office. The literature review is based on Handoko's supervision theory which includes four main stages: standard-setting, implementation measurement, comparison of results with standards, and corrective actions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document reviews, with data analysis techniques oriented to categorization of field findings. The results of the study show that the implementation of supervision has gone quite well, especially through extension assistance, digital validation, and a mechanism for locking fertilizer allocation data. However, obstacles such as data mismatches, limited digital infrastructure, and delays in data updates are still major obstacles. Corrective actions are generally carried out reactively through reverification and updating of data directly in the system.
