Abstract

The focus of this activity is on what needs to be addressed and how to solve those problems systematically and logically. The urgency of this research addresses a problem encountered in the intellectual property rights (IPR) licensing process, which will be discussed further. The research object was selected based on a survey and the researcher's considerations in describing the uniqueness of this location. During the research, the researcher will request data as requested. The researcher hopes to complete this research thoroughly and obtain valid data sources.This study was conducted in Kasiman Tengah Village, Pacet, Mojokerto, given that Mojokerto is one of the areas with the reputation and image of a historical city of the Majapahit Kingdom. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, consisting of reviews, interviews, and data triangulation.
