Performance Analysis of the Pejaten Park Residence Apartment Building Structure Due to Earthquake Loads

The Pejaten Park Residence Apartment Building is a reinforced concrete structure building and functions as a 23-storey residential/apartment building with a height of 71 meters located in DKI Jakarta. The analysis method was carried out by analyzing the Spectrum Response method and the Time History method. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of structural performance based on ATC-40 with the maximum deviation value parameters that occur in the Pejaten Park Residence Apartment Building. The results showed that the maximum inter-floor deviation due to earthquake load with the Spectrum Response method was 36.20 mm for the x-direction and 45.02 for the y-direction. Meanwhile, the maximum deviation between floors due to earthquake load using the Time History method is 47,526 mm (x-direction) and 50,232 (y-direction) due to the Chuetsuoki model earthquake, 48,334 mm (x-direction) and 43,808 mm (y-direction) due to the Coastal model earthquake, 48,109 mm (x-direction) and 50,573 mm (y-direction) due to the Tohoku model earthquake.
