Application of Fuzzy Logic Method in Nutrition Recommendation System for Pregnant Women

Meeting the right nutritional needs during pregnancy is an important factor in supporting maternal health and fetal development. This study raises the issue of how to apply the fuzzy logic method as a nutritional recommendation system for pregnant women. The fuzzy logic method was chosen because of its ability to manage uncertain and variable information, in line with the characteristics of health data and varying nutritional needs. In this study, fuzzy logic calculation theory was used to process data such as gestational age, weight, height, and maternal health status to produce more adaptive nutritional recommendations. The results of the study show that by using data on pregnant women and their nutritional parameters, the fuzzy logic method can be effectively applied as a nutritional recommendation system that supports the process of making more accurate and personalized decisions for each individual.
