Abstract

In order for the goals of national development to be achieved and able to compete healthily, all levels of society need to actively participate and make a real contribution to the development of an economic system based on Islamic values (Sharia). In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach method, which is a legal research method that uses a literature study approach, which relies on the analysis of secondary data. The result of the discussion obtained is that the Musyarakah Contract in Sharia Financing gives rise to joint rights and obligations carried out by all parties involved, which has the potential to cause violations of the law. The Sharia Banking Law emphasizes that Legal Protection for Customers includes complaint mechanisms, product transparency, and customer education, which are regulated later in Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 3 of 2023 concerning Consumer Protection of Bank Indonesia.
