Abstract

This study aims to discuss the importance of the role of the principal's communication as an organizational leader in supporting teacher creativity at MIS Az Zahroh Sendang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which is expected to be able to obtain in-depth information about the object of research. This study also uses a literature review approach (library research), namely using various literatures, both digital and non-digital, as well as previous research that has been carried out. Data collection techniques are carried out using direct observations, interview questionnaires using Google Forms to teachers and direct interviews with one of the teachers at MIS Az Zahroh Sendang Rejo school. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal's organizational communication at MIS Az Zahroh has been running well.
