Digital Marketing Strategy on Patient Visits at UPDMK GMP Hospital

Marketing strategy that can be used by educational dental and oral hospitals is promotion. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative survey used, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The questionnaire consists of 2 questions about digital marketing. Conclusion: Overcoming the problem of sub-optimal performance of the Marketing Unit at RSKGMP UPDM, including, among other things, recruiting human resources to add staff to the Marketing Unit, recruiting according to the minimum educational qualifications of Bachelor Degree (Communication/ Business and Management/ Marketing/ DKV), Carrying out training to develop staff abilities, especially in the digital marketing field such as graphic design, content creation, and public speaking to optimize human resources so that the marketing unit is more focused and has a clear vision, mission and goals/target achievements.
