The Influence of Organizational Environment, Transformational Leadership, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Innovation in Work Practices in Startup Companies in Yogyakarta Special Region

Startup employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are the focus of this study, which seeks to understand how factors such as organizational climate, transformational leadership, and self-efficacy influence their propensity to engage in innovative work practices. One hundred participants were randomly selected using purposive sampling techniques for this study. The validity and reliability of the data presented in this study were confirmed by the findings of the Instrument Test. The Classical Assumption Test found no evidence of multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity in the regression model, leading to the conclusion that the research data followed a normal distribution. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) The creative work behavior of workers in startup companies in DIY is positively and significantly influenced by the organizational environment. (2) Employees of DIY startup companies exhibit more inventive work behaviors when transformational leadership is present. (3) Creative work behavior of workers in DIY startup companies is not influenced by self-efficacy.
