Abstract

Telang Lemon Low Calorie Ready to Drink (RTD) Drink is a drink made from telang flower extract, lemon fruit and Stevia Sweetener. This drink containing telang flower and lemon extract has been known to have benefits to increase the body's immunity. This drink has a typical taste of telang flowers and tastes slightly sour fresh typical of lemon. This drink is an interesting light purple.  The use of granulated sugar (sucrose) as a sweetener is an obstacle for diabetics or community groups with a healthy lifestyle. To meet the needs of these community groups, the research presented the formulation, processing process and analysis of the production cost of RTD Telang Lemon Low Calorie drinks. To produce 50 330 mL bottles, only 8.9 grams of stevia are needed. The production cost is estimated at Rp 4,700 per bottle, with a break-even point of 176 bottles per month.
