Abstract

This study examines pastoral and social implementation as part of cross-regional evangelistic missions in Banda Aceh, Sabang, and Medan. This approach is designed to reach communities with diverse social, cultural, and geographic backgrounds, especially areas with strict religious regulations and marginalized communities. Pastoral services are focused on strengthening the faith and spiritual needs of congregations in areas with limited worship facilities, while social services are directed to vulnerable groups such as the elderly, scavenger children, and inmates of correctional institutions, through the provision of real assistance and moral support. Results show that ministry strategies that involve direct interaction, need observation, and collaboration with local churches are effective in strengthening faith and having a positive social impact.
